- Starting prices assume single-story chimney, average accessibility, no scaffolding required.
- Multi-story homes, steep roofs (12/12+), and historic masonry add 15–35%.
- Travel beyond a 30-mile radius of Plano may add a $49 mobilization fee.
- All prices include disposal, drop-cloths, HEPA vacuum cleanup, and photo report.

Always. We provide a written quote before any work begins, with photos of the issues we found. Final pricing depends on chimney condition and any additional work identified during inspection.
What's the Prime Program membership?
Prime Program is our annual maintenance program at $19.99/month ($240/year). Includes: annual Level 1 inspection and sweep ($248 value), priority scheduling, 10% off all repairs, and emergency response priority. Cancel anytime, no contract.
Do you charge for the initial inspection?
The first inspection is free. We come out, look at the chimney, take photos, and give you a written quote — no obligation, no charge. If you want a deep diagnostic (Level 2 with video scope) for insurance or real estate, that's $199.
Why do some quotes vary so much across companies?
Three reasons: (1) materials — stainless steel UL-listed vs. galvanized, (2) labor — W-2 certified techs vs. subcontracted day laborers, (3) scope — some pad estimates with work that isn't needed. Our quotes are line-item so you can see exactly what each piece costs.
Do you price-match competitor quotes?
We don't compete on price alone. If a competitor quoted dramatically lower, ask them in writing what materials they're using, what their warranty is, and whether their techs are CSIA-certified. Bring us that quote and we'll explain the difference line-by-line.
